The National Advanced Biofuels Consortium (NABC) is developing cost-effective processes to produce biofuels that are compatible with today's transportation infrastructure.
Led by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, the National Advanced Biofuels Consortium includes 17 partners from industry, universities, and national laboratories.
Once commercialized, processes developed by the National Advanced Biofuels Consortium will help the United States increase energy security, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and develop new economic opportunities.
